Preparation
Folic acid, lifestyle, nutrition, and other factors that affect your fertility and a healthy pregnancy.
Cycle & ovulation
Understanding your cycle, when you're fertile, and how to recognize or track it.
Medical history
We discuss your health history so we can identify any points of attention early on.
Pre-conception care
Screening and advice before pregnancy so you start as well as possible.
Additional ultrasound
When useful, we do an ultrasound, for follicle tracing or insight into your uterus and ovaries.
Follow-up
If more investigation or guidance is needed, we'll map out a clear next step.

Personal conversation
We discuss your situation, wishes, and any concerns. No standard checklist, we follow your story.
Optional additional ultrasound
If useful, we combine the consultation with an ultrasound for extra insight into your cycle or anatomy.
